The scuba one was one of the simpler ones, and I think that helped a little. A lot of your stuff is very busy, and some times it helps to just have that fun little doodle that is short simple and simply enjoyable.
I have been doing a lot of simple sketches lately in my sketch book to free up my own mind, and it's been very relaxing lately.
